Medical help im in pain help?

help me please i have bas sinus trouble but i have had sinus headaches and blockage in mi nose for a while and mi ear has started hurting very bad and it feels like there is something inside mi head trying 2 push out mi ear or like im under water and there is pressure on mi ear i think it has 2 do with mi sinuses but idk and i have been usind nose spray and ear drops and nothing is helpin and im also takin anitibiotics and in in pain i also cant hear hou of mi ear the pressure is so bad
