What did I do to my knee?

Yesterday at my basketball game I drove to the basket and I tripped over the girls foot with my right leg, but as I did so my left knee gave out and my knee hit the ground hard. I didn't play the rest of the game. I was able to extend it but it still hurt. This morning I was able to walk around on it but it was stiff. When I press on the inside of my knee it hurts and I can extend it but I feel some pain and stiffness. There is a bruise there today (not where my knee hurts though) and a little swelling. Did I just badly bruise my knee or could this be an acl tear?

My friend is going through a rough time in the romantic department, and he's currently arranging to meet a girl that works for an escort service (a real upscale one according to him). I kept insisting that he not do it because I was so sure it was illegal to hire a woman like that. He keeps insisting that it's just an escort service and it doesn't break any laws. Well I have an ACCESS card & I buy Perriere water, shrimps,Lobster, Gourmet chocolates, soda pop & whatever I please. It helps me eat healthy & I don't buy any lunchmeat or junky processed foods. What's the big deal? I eat a lot of vegetarian meals.

Weird Dream ??? Whys it happening ?

well it was really scary it's called sleep paralysis and it happens to me all the time maybe twice a week and well here's the dream : i was in my own room and i was asleep in my bed in the same position as i was in real life then i woke up (in the dream) and then i got up to go get a gl of water and there's a cupboard sort of thing attached to the bottom of my bed and it was open and as i walked past something pulled me under and when i finally plucked up the courage to look to see what was dragging me under, it was lady gaga (random i no) then i screamed and was kicking her away and then her eyes went Like BLOOD red and shot me and put a hole through my hand and then i screamed again ( i screamed in real-life to) and my cousin was sleeping over that night and everyone even the cat's in the house burst in my room and i couldn't wake up for like another 15 Min's according to my cousin and im only 11( i no to young but i've got permission to be on here )anyway when i woke up i was shivering and now im really scared of the cupboard thing and they happen all the time but there not all sleep paralysis one sometime there just weird !!! Whys this happening to me !!!!!! :(

I need to lose some weight FAST- but how?

I'm not exactly a small girl (though I'm not grossly obese) but I'd like to not embarr myself in the somewhat skimpy halloween costume I'm wearing to a really big party. So losing anywhere from 10-20 pounds in a week and a half would be perfect. I've seen them do it on Biggest Loser and other shows, and I know its not the healthiest thing, but I'm desperate. Help! I don't mind if it is crazy, but no mean comments people.

I bought my house in 2004 for $72000, I now owe $92000 total w interest. I asked for a modification and emc mtg co lowered my pymt from $699 to $ 692 (wow) I have not paid since may and wondering what to do next? I want to keep my home but at a lower payment something around $450-$550 inc taxes/ins the value of my home is now down to $7000-12000. Why cant the mortgage lower the loan to what the actual value is. What can I do?
