Are Benefits enough to live on in the UK?

You may be a joker, I don't mind that, I especially liked the bit about the noodles, but unfortunately some serious minded people are going to be reading the answers and basing serious opinions on them, basically the UK benefits are not enough to live on even if you only buy healthy food, they are on average 20% lower than the rest of Europe and the Joseph Rowntree Foundation has recently come up with the figure that an adult needs a minimum of 43 a week to eat healthily, which doesn't look good against the 50.95 weekly unemployment benefit for the under 25s and 64.30 for those over.
