IM PLANNING on getting a cell phone new contract can i buy a phone of the streets?

well if you have a sim card for sprint you can put it in the phone and you can just ask them to give you a sim card and a contract, but if you want to put your sim card in a t-mobile phone or at&t or others you have to unlock it but you just have to put your sim card in the phone and your good to go
