VERY Low Blood Sugar?

Can drinking a red bull cause your blood sugar to drop to dangerously low levels? I mean... if your blood sugar is normally "normal", say around 90 or so.... can drinking a Red Bull cause it to drop down in the 50s after the "sugar high" has ped?
