Would you visit Bridlington town if a marina were built?

personally, a marina would not interest me in the least and wouldn't either attract me or put me off, but then I don't own a boat ... I visited Bridlington several times when I was young and lived in the north east of England and it's a lovely town ... I've been living in the south now for many years so haven't been back ... I'm sure a good marina would be an et, as long as there are enough boat owners to make it flourish ... right at the moment in the middle of a recession I don't think it would be a wise move, but when (if) the economy starts getting better it could well be a good idea
