I'm looking for a comprehensive tenant law reference for the state of Oregon.?

My landlord has "suggested" that I vacate my house saying he will dissolve the lease at my agreement, because he is trying to sell the house. Failure on my part to vacate will result in prospective buyers being brought into my house up to every other day to see the house. I'm questioning the legality of this, as well as any possible options I have in receiving consideration or if I choose to not vacate my house until my lease is up.
