Why don't the Mariners trade Ichiro?

Considering he's made the all star game every season he has played in the MLB with the exception of this year, and considering his 162 game avg BA is .327, and considering his 162 game avg amount of steals is 39 and considering his 162 game avg amount of runs is 105, I wouldn't just trade him because of a slump this year.
