Is this a good storyline?

Dahlia is different. At the age of twelve she was named a child prodigy in academics and music. But she's been abandoned and she can't ever forget it. No one dares get to close to her after her scene in the middle of town that got her sent to a mental institute. Six years later she's escaped to American after her psychotic foster Father attacked her. But he's not the only one after her. And Dahlia will soon discover why the birthmark on her back is darkening and starting to move and grow. She'll discover who she really is along with first love, danger and horror in her new town.
