Apart from the celibacy of the clergy and the Ten Commandments?

I am anxious to see the answers, I believe that is pretty much it. To be in a state of grace and receive the sacrament, you must have had confession within a certain period of time. (I'm guessing, seems to me I learned that sometime back). There is a general confession in the missal, like the Episcopal church, but I don't know if that is considered enough.
