Is global warming denial no more than a typical conspiracy theory like aliens at Area 51?

The problem is that no matter how much evidence comes out against global warming from here on out will be ignored because the so called "learned" folks here have already made up their minds. The same type of arrogance came from those who had a "consensus" at one time that the world was flat.
