What does pres bush plan to do,if anything, to help small business owners in our "hour of need"?

i think his rebates to americans is great, but, what about us small business pwners? we are what makes up the backbone of america but i haven't heard anything about how our gov is going to do anything for us. i am a self employed contractor and i know many others that are losing everything that they have worked for. i don't want to become one of them, but it seems inevitable. why aren;t there any istance programs to help us? (fyi...i still think bush is a jerk)
