I don't see a question to answer. it's unclear what's happened, as you haven't fully described the initial positions of the cars and if it's an exit, Is the car on your left or right pushing you off the road? Either way, this driver has contributed to the accident, and prob. didn't stop. Iff you can identify him you have some hope of sharing/offloading the blame. be nice to know what country you're in so we know which side of the road the exit was. Your English is reasonable, but your description of events shows poor thinking/education.
